我进入__大学，主修机械设计与生产。在这4年的学习中，我努力工作，一直积极参与各种活动。我四次获得第一笔奖学金，并在学院加入了共产党。20__年__月毕业后，我在--------公司工作。第一年，我得到了技术部的职位，我参与了几个互联网项目，如河南省大学生招生项目和郑州大学数学系计算机中心项目。由于我的辛勤工作，我获得了2003年最佳新人奖。第二年，我被调到首席客户部，负责发展和加强主要客户与我公司之间的良好关系。河南省交通运输厅和河南省人事厅两大客户都在我的工作中。然而，随着时间的推移，我经历的越多，我就越清楚地意识到我对企业管理真的很感兴趣。我发现很多企业都存在管理速度与发展速度不匹配的问题。我渴望更多地了解管理，我希望我能在这所大学进一步学习。于是我在__年__月辞职，开始了我的学业。
经过大约半年的努力，我现在终于站在各位尊敬的教授面前了。我真的很兴奋.虽然我在追求学习的道路上牺牲了很多，但我相信这是值得的。我相信努力工作最终会被认可值.
